What You'll Do5
- 1Lead, coach, and collaborate with instructors to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
- 2Assess students’ progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
- 3Communicate student progress with parents and guardians
- 4Teach in-center and/or online using the Mathnasium Method terminology and practices
- 5Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes

- 1Passion for math and working with students
- 2Excellent interpersonal skills
- 3Eagerness to learn and be trained
- 4Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
- 5Ability to balance leadership and instructional responsibilities
