Overview

Lead electrical operations for a large workforce accommodations facility in Texas. Provide licensed electrical leadership and hands‑on technical expertise while supporting daily maintenance. Ensure safe reliable code‑compliant electrical infrastructure.

What You'll Do11

  • 1Serve as the licensed Master Electrician and technical authority for all electrical systems
  • 2Perform supervise and verify all electrical work including power distribution lighting panelboards breakers feeders service entrance equipment grounding bonding systems
  • 3Diagnose troubleshoot and repair electrical faults across modular buildings
  • 4Ensure electrical systems for temporary and modular structures are installed and maintained safely
  • 5Act as Master of Record for electrical work as required by Texas law
  • 6Support general maintenance activities coordinate with facilities and site leadership
  • 7Conduct routine inspections identify deficiencies respond to service calls and urgent issues
  • 8Document completed work inspections and deficiencies
  • 9Enforce lock‑out/tag‑out procedures and electrical safety practices
  • 10Provide technical guidance to maintenance personnel and contractors
  • 11Support audits inspections and regulatory reviews

Requirements10

  • 1Active Texas Master Electrician license issued by TDLR
  • 2Minimum 5+ years experience in commercial industrial or institutional electrical work
  • 3Proven experience with temporary modular or prefabricated structures
  • 4Strong knowledge of NEC and Texas regulations
  • 5Experience supporting both electrical systems and general facilities maintenance
  • 6Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • 7Ability to work independently take ownership of site electrical systems
  • 8Excellent documentation communication and organizational skills
  • 9Physically capable of working in mechanical and electrical rooms
