Overview

What You'll Do11
- 1Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems rated up to 600 volts
- 2Perform preventive maintenance using multimeters and specialty equipment
- 3Generate material lists and acquire supplies efficiently
- 4Maintain accurate records and daily time reports
- 5Assist with organizing and cleaning tasks
- 6Inspect work for code compliance and safety standards
- 7Participate in the on-call program
- 8Provide customer service and keep supervisors updated on work orders
- 9Follow written and verbal instructions effectively
- 10Operate electronic devices for time reporting and work management
- 11Work in varied environments including extreme temperatures and hazardous areas
Requirements7
- 1High school graduation or GED
- 2Three years journey-level electrician experience
- 3Three years electrical troubleshooting experience
- 4Journeyman electrical license from Austin jurisdiction
- 5Excellent communication and instruction-following abilities
- 6Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- 7Experience with electrical systems and safety protocols
