What You'll Do11
- 1Deliver 50 80 100 minute massages using hot stones cold stones and salt stone techniques
- 2Perform onsite treatments including hot towel foot and peppermint scalp massages
- 3Maintain client confidentiality and effective communication throughout sessions
- 4Adhere to state licensing laws and carry liability insurance
- 5Upsell additional services such as neuromuscular myofascial and prenatal massage
- 6Train new hires and maintain high service standards
- 7Utilize hydraulic lift tables for efficient patient positioning
- 8Manage daily operations during peak hours and weekends
- 9Collaborate with team members to enhance client experiences
- 10Implement marketing strategies to attract new clientele
- 11Track inventory and supply restocking needs
Requirements10
- 1Valid license as a Licensed Massage Therapist in Texas
- 2Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in therapeutic massage
- 3Proficiency with various massage modalities beyond basic techniques
- 4Ability to operate hydraulic equipment safely
- 5Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to client satisfaction
- 6Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- 7Knowledge of anatomy and therapeutic principles
- 8Experience with client intake and treatment planning
- 9Commitment to maintaining professional hygiene standards
- 10Capacity to commit to minimum 40 hour weekly schedule
