What You'll Do8
- 1Provide therapeutic massage treatments tailored to individual client needs using deep tissue and trigger point therapy
- 2Assess patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans for pain management and wellness
- 3Maintain accurate client records and document treatment progress
- 4Ensure a clean and safe environment by following hygiene and safety protocols
- 5Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive client relationships
- 6Learn and perform diverse services including Swedish deep tissue hot stone and prenatal massage
- 7Follow all Hand and Stone policies and procedures for Surprise Arizona location
- 8Work flexible shifts including weekends and nights with paid breaks
Requirements8
- 1Current Arizona LMT License and valid professional liability insurance
- 25+ years experience in med spa or massage therapy settings
- 3Strong knowledge of anatomy physiology and medical terminology
- 4Proficiency in Swedish massage and deep tissue techniques
- 5Excellent patient assessment and communication skills
- 6Ability to commute to Surprise Arizona location 85379
- 7Commitment to maintaining professional appearance and workplace standards
- 8Willingness to work in a team-oriented family-friendly environment
