What You'll Do11
- 1Provide oversight and support for USAFMCOM’s Mass Transit Benefit Program (MTBP)
- 2Assist with data entry sorting filing and analysis
- 3Resolve participant issues directly
- 4Conduct town halls and training sessions for LPMs and participants
- 5Generate reports using Excel and Power Platform tools
- 6Manage daily activities of assigned MBTP locations
- 7Support USAFMCOM’s Mass Transit Benefit Program (MTBP) operations
- 8Collect review and analyze participant data for validation
- 9Maintain Installation Manager and Reviewing Official data within TIPS
- 10Assist with benefit returns and repayments for participants officials and stakeholders
- 11Provide application site technical assistance for TIP participants
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor’s degree and 3-10 years of experience working with federal benefits programs, data entry, customer service, GFEBS and the Army
- 2Active Secret Clearance
- 3Proficiency in Power Automate and Power BI
- 4Experience with GFEBS
- 5Experience with Microsoft Word PowerPoint Visio and Excel
