Marketing Support Specialist, HVAC Marketing & Events
Overview
Adobe Creative Suite and Canva experience preferred. The role owns marketing support across branding, content creation, newsletters, social campaigns, and events at multiple regional offices. You will collaborate with leadership to prepare proposals and presentations and serve as a primary contact for vendors and customers. This position offers extensive travel, flexible scheduling, and a hands-on opportunity to contribute to cross-functional marketing initiatives.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build and execute integrated marketing initiatives across branding, content creation, newsletters, and social media campaigns to drive engagement and brand consistency.
- 2Assist leadership in developing proposals, presentations, and related marketing materials for internal and external audiences.
- 3Serve as a point of contact for inbound vendor and customer requests and coordinate cross-functional projects with department heads.
- 4Provide logistical and on-site support for company events across multiple regions and travel extensively to support offices, projects, and recruiting initiatives.
- 5Maintain brand standards and guidelines across all marketing channels and company communications.
- 6Manage marketing inventory across all regions and ensure timely replacement and redistribution as needed.
- 7Collaborate with external agencies on campaigns and ensure delivery on schedule and within budget.
- 8Support day-to-day administrative tasks to help the marketing department meet operational goals and deadlines.
- 9Occasionally work evenings, weekends, and after-hours to support events and special projects.
Requirements8
- 1Must hold a BBA in Marketing or a related discipline
- 2Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply
- 3Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 4Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva preferred
- 5Comfortable with frequent travel between offices, projects, and events across multiple regions
- 6Flexible with work schedules including evenings, weekends, and after-hours events
- 7Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- 8Reliable transportation and ability to travel as needed
