Requirements10
- 1Minimum one year leadership experience through coaching training and/or motivating teams
- 2Ability to influence colleagues beyond direct reporting relationships
- 3Proven customer service skills with problem resolution capabilities
- 4Strong financial acumen including managerial experience and financial report interpretation
- 5Balanced decision-making skills with proven risk management record
- 6Interpersonal skills for relationship building and personalized service
