What You'll Do6
- 1Lead and execute monthly quarterly and year end close for manufacturing entities
- 2Manage and reconcile complex inventory and cost accounting processes
- 3Implement and improve use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 SAP and BlackLine
- 4Collaborate with plant controllers and corporate finance to ensure consistency and accuracy
- 5Analyze variances and recommend improvements to financial processes
- 6Support internal and external audits
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA preferred
- 27+ years of experience in manufacturing accounting
- 3Strong knowledge of ERP systems especially Dynamics 365 SAP and BlackLine
- 4Proven leadership and process improvement experience
- 5Excellent communication and analytical skills
