What You'll Do8
- 1Deliver professional manicure, pedicure, and nail care services aligned with Nevada state regulations and Wynn standards.
- 2Conduct guest consultations to assess needs, preferences, and contraindications before each service.
- 3Perform nail maintenance, hand and foot treatments, polish applications, and specialty nail services.
- 4Recommend services and retail products that enhance guest outcomes, driving sales and retention.
- 5Sanitize tools, stations, and equipment per company and regulatory protocols after each use.
- 6Document guest preferences and service histories accurately in salon records.
- 7Maintain organized treatment stations and support overall salon presentation.
- 8Coordinate with reception and team members to manage appointment schedules smoothly.
Requirements6
- 121+ years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2Hold a current Nevada State Manicurist License.
- 31+ years as a licensed manicurist in a luxury salon, spa, or resort preferred.
- 4Experience with diverse clientele and customized nail care services preferred.
- 5Knowledge of current nail industry trends, techniques, and sanitation standards.
- 6Prior experience in a Forbes-rated luxury environment preferred.
