What You'll Do9

Requirements10
- 15+ years in analytically intensive fields like investment banking, management consulting, or corporate development.
- 25+ years applying project management methodologies, including developing charters, scopes, and management plans.
- 33+ years managing complex, cross-functional, enterprise-wide change initiatives.
- 43+ years presenting program plans and cost-benefit analysis to executives and senior management.
- 51+ years of direct or cross-functional team leadership experience.
- 6Proven ability to identify operational issues and implement strategic solutions.
- 7Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- 8Willingness to travel up to 10% for business purposes.
- 9Preferred: PMP certification or willingness to obtain.
- 10Preferred: Experience with pharmacy operations and corporate storytelling.
