Requirements9
- 1Master's or advanced degree in scientific discipline or business management
- 210-12 years experience in consulting strategy or biopharma transformation
- 3Broad understanding of drug development and CMC processes
- 4Proven ability to solve complex problems and design decision frameworks
- 5Strong communication skills for executive audiences
- 6Ability to lead teams through ambiguity and drive results
- 7Experience with alliance formation budget management and stakeholder engagement
- 8Familiarity with organizational project management and change methodologies
