Overview
Own store-level leadership and development responsibilities at Circle K with a focus on excellent customer service and daily operations. Lead recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance feedback for site staff to meet company standards. Manage merchandising, safety, and community relations while driving sales and profitability.
What You'll Do5
- 1Lead recruitment and training of employees to ensure strong customer service and adherence to standards
- 2Schedule staff within guidelines to optimize service and site image
- 3Supervise store operations including merchandising, pricing, inventory, and reporting
- 4Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints professionally
- 5Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize net profits and forecast P&L
Requirements10
- 1High School diploma or GED preferred
- 2Experience in retail sales preferred
- 3Ability to supervise and train staff and use computer systems for reporting
- 4Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings
- 5Ability to communicate effectively in English
- 6Availability to work onsite in Phoenix
- 7Ability to manage safety procedures and site image
- 8Must be able to work with minimal supervision
