Overview
The Kiosk Team Member – Telework Hybrid manager leads the Self‑Service Kiosk program at DMV Headquarters in Sacramento. Reporting to Manager IV the incumbent serves as the analytical resource, reviews kiosk data, recommends improvements, resolves customer issues, and liaises with vendors. Monthly travel of 6‑8 months supports statewide audits across California.

- 1Own and design analytical dashboards to monitor kiosk performance and customer trends

- 3Lead debugging efforts for kiosk outages and vendor‑related malfunctions
- 4Drive chargeback and refund resolutions through data‑driven recommendations
- 5Act as primary liaison with kiosk vendors for issue escalation and product feedback
- 6Participate in statewide audits assessing device functionality and user satisfaction
- 7Collaborate with cross‑functional DMV teams to align kiosk solutions with policy goals
- 8Mentor junior analysts on data interpretation and remediation strategies
- 9Develop training materials to upskill staff on analytical tools and best practices
