What You'll Do11

  • 1Plan and direct analyst work supporting business requirements and modernization activities for EDR3/BPA3
  • 2Oversee development review and approval of requirements and procurement artifacts
  • 3Coordinate with business partners and technical teams to resolve issues and support decisions
  • 4Ensure consistent application of SDLC and FTB enterprise processes
  • 5Provide leadership in workload forecasting and resource allocation
  • 6Mentor and develop staff in a collaborative inclusive environment
  • 7Communicate status risks and impacts to management and executives
  • 8Lead RPA 2627-00200 positions as needed
  • 9Participate in optional survey about application source
  • 10Follow department guidelines for remote work eligibility
  • 11Maintain compliance with California revenue code during background investigation

Requirements11

  • 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 2Background investigation clearance required
  • 3Valid state driver's license for vehicle operation
  • 4Experience with CDT project approval lifecycle and Agile methodologies
  • 5Desirable: strong requirements development knowledge
  • 6Desirable: proven large-scale system modernization experience
  • 7Desirable: excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
