What You'll Do7

  • 1Conduct safety inspections in industrial, manufacturing, and repair settings daily.
  • 2Collaborate with department leads to complete equipment repairs within the first 30 days.
  • 3Perform repairs and analyze root causes of equipment damage to improve maintenance programs.
  • 4Repair and replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment.
  • 5Execute preventive maintenance tasks to extend equipment life and reduce breakdowns.
  • 6Document inspection results and repair actions to track equipment health.
  • 7Support HVAC and mechanical system maintenance as needed.

Requirements7

  • 11+ years of experience as a maintenance technician.
  • 2Proficiency in building maintenance and repair.
  • 3Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
  • 4Ability to perform preventive and general maintenance.
  • 5Knowledge of cleaning, electrical, painting, and plumbing.
  • 6Understanding of mechanical systems and HVAC.
  • 7Skills in safety inspection and repair.
