Overview
The Maintenance Technician will own property grounds and common areas ensuring optimal performance of heating plumbing and HVAC systems while maintaining landscapes. This full-time onsite position requires quick emergency response adherence to safety protocols and timely repair scheduling. Responsibilities include general maintenance landscaping painting carpentry electrical system upkeep and budget planning.
What You'll Do7
- 1Respond quickly to emergencies notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocols
- 2Perform landscaping painting and carpentry repairs faulty equipment and electrical system maintenance
- 3Survey buildings repair mechanical systems ensure health and safety compliance and support ventilation refrigeration setup
- 4Assist in budget development and enforce adherence
- 5Maintain heating and plumbing systems inspect alarm systems like carbon dioxide and fire protection and schedule repairs
- 6Conduct pest control activities such as spraying insecticide
- 7Lead scaling projects drive operational efficiency and coordinate team efforts
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing maintenance operations
- 3Certified in CPC Card
- 45+ years experience with Kubernetes
- 5Non-exempt status for full-time FLSA coverage
