What You'll Do9
- 1Perform general maintenance work on community equipment building and grounds including equipment repairs and apartment painting
- 2Understands HVAC and other mechanical systems and maintains them
- 3Conducts daily inspection of building grounds and equipment performing necessary maintenance and repairs
- 4Performs proactive preventative maintenance as scheduled and records data in preventative maintenance logs
- 5Helps ensure other team members follow established safety practices OSHA
- 6Follows established work order system
- 7Participates in in-service training as required by state regulations
- 8Maintains general appearance of building assisting with event setup and cleanup
- 9Performs other duties as required
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 2Prior work experience in maintenance minimum three years
- 3Experience in property management lodging senior living assisted living memory care a plus
- 4Excellent mechanical skills HVAC electrical carpentry plumbing painting
- 5Communicates effectively with Maintenance Director staff residents prospects and vendors
- 6Exhibits strong customer service to residents families and prospects promoting community positively
- 7Strong problem solving skills diagnosing maintenance issues and resolving within budget
- 8Basic computer literacy
