Overview
Perform technical and mechanical work to ensure building standards. Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance. Manage make-ready processes and maintain grounds. Support cost-cutting initiatives. Assist in safety compliance and property inspections.

- 1Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance tasks following safety standards
- 2Execute make-ready process for vacant apartments including punch list creation and vendor coordination
- 3Manage material procurement and inventory tracking for maintenance operations
- 4Document service requests accurately and timely
- 5Maintain grounds and common areas through cleaning and painting tasks
- 6Support contractor inspections to verify quality and specifications
- 7Assist in routine and periodic property inspections for safety concerns
- 8Adhere to EPA refrigerant certification requirements
- 9Obtain necessary supplies and report unused items to maintenance supervisor

- 1EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certification
- 2All state and local service technician certifications
- 3Valid driver’s license for golf cart operation
- 45+ years building maintenance experience
- 53-5 years experience with preventive maintenance systems
