What You'll Do7
- 1Complete maintenance work orders promptly and professionally

- 3Diagnose and repair basic HVAC systems furnaces and air conditioning units
- 4Identify and fix plumbing issues such as leaks and minor pipe repairs
- 5Maintain pool equipment and ensure safety compliance
- 6Assist with general property upkeep including preventative maintenance
- 7Respond to emergency maintenance requests via on-call rotation
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Pool certification preferred
- 35+ years experience with furnaces and plumbing
- 4Basic knowledge of furnaces and plumbing systems
- 5Physically active role requiring standing bending lifting and walking
- 6Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
