What You'll Do8
- 1Clean grounds, offices, and common areas to Sterling Village Apartments standards.
- 2Complete maintenance service requests for plumbing, electrical, and A/C systems.
- 3Repair appliances, including refrigerators, ranges, and dishwashers.
- 4Paint and prepare apartment units for turnovers.
- 5Take emergency calls and respond within on-call rotation.
- 6Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- 7Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and other building systems.
- 8Collaborate with the team to ensure all maintenance tasks stay on schedule.
