What You'll Do9

  • 1Complete general maintenance and repair tasks assigned by the property manager.
  • 2Perform interior and exterior painting, touch-ups, and surface prep.
  • 3Diagnose and fix basic plumbing issues like leaks and clogs, and handle electrical repairs like outlets and switches.
  • 4Repair appliances and carpentry fixtures such as doors, cabinets, and trim.
  • 5Respond to resident maintenance requests within 24 hours, keeping communication clear and professional.
  • 6Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal in common areas and grounds by sweeping, mopping, and landscaping.
  • 7Participate in the weekly on-call rotation and handle after-hours emergencies like water leaks or power outages.
  • 8Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
  • 9Work independently on daily tasks and collaborate with the team on larger projects.

Requirements7

  • 11+ years of maintenance experience in residential or commercial settings preferred.
  • 2Proven ability to paint and execute basic repair work on drywall, carpentry, and appliances.
  • 3Willingness to be on-call and respond to emergencies outside normal hours.
  • 4Strong communication and customer service skills for resident interactions.
  • 5Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor including climbing ladders and standing for long periods.
