What You'll Do9
- 1Perform daily maintenance and repairs in electrical plumbing and appliances
- 2Prepare vacant apartments using the Make Ready Checklist
- 3Maintain exterior property and pool areas
- 4Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness
- 5Communicate with vendors and contractors
- 6Report inventory needs and potential liabilities
- 7Ensure compliance with Fairfield policies and respond to emergencies
- 8Follow safe work practices and participate in training
- 9Drive operational efficiency through proactive issue resolution
Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Valid driver’s license
- 3Minimum one year of property management maintenance experience
- 4Ability to read write and communicate in English
- 5Strong attention to detail organizational and problem-solving skills
- 6Superior customer service abilities
- 7Working knowledge of plumbing electrical and appliance repair
