What You'll Do8

  • 1Own the repair and maintenance of apartment units, including basic electrical switches, appliances, and plumbing fixtures within your first week.

  • 3Build resident trust by responding to service requests with a positive attitude and a focus on customer experience.
  • 4Learn and apply property management standards for maintenance, safety, and efficiency from day one.

  • 6Drive resident satisfaction by communicating clearly about repair timelines and follow-up steps.
  • 7Manage your schedule to handle on-call and weekend shifts as needed, ensuring coverage for urgent issues.

Requirements7

  • 11+ year experience in residential or commercial maintenance, property management, retail, hospitality, construction, or renovation.
  • 2Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with residents in a friendly, professional manner.
  • 3Understanding of basic home maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
  • 4Trade skills in general construction, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, HVAC, or groundskeeping.
  • 5Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new maintenance techniques and systems.
  • 6Must be available for on-call and weekend shifts, with a preferred schedule of Tuesday through Saturday.
  • 7Efficiency in completing tasks accurately and within time constraints.
