What You'll Do11
- 1Perform repairs and maintenance of plumbing electrical windows doors and mechanical systems as directed
- 2Take initiative to maintain site and building cleanliness including vacancy tasks
- 3Conduct periodic inspections of equipment and submit reports promptly
- 4Ensure safe work environment and follow safety policies during winter tasks
- 5Unlock common area doors and maintain all entry points
- 6Keep vacancies and restrooms clean broom dry and presentable
- 7Clean and maintain landscaping including lawns shrubs and flowers
- 8Inspect roofs drains and sewers for debris and deterioration
- 9Check lighting and time clocks for proper operation
- 10Report emergencies to Property Manager and coordinate resolution
- 11Operate equipment safely according to policies
Requirements7
- 1Vo-Tech or special education in heating cooling electrical plumbing and property maintenance preferred three to five years experience with rooftop units exhaust systems and make-up air systems
- 2Knowledge of mechanical electrical plumbing fire life safety and security systems
- 3Ability to respond to after-hours emergency calls
- 4Strong communication skills for internal and external interactions
- 5Physical stamina to stand walk use tools and climb balance
- 6Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for commuting and transporting supplies
- 7Willingness to work under pressure while maintaining positive attitude
