What You'll Do11
- 1Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms public areas and back-of-house spaces to identify maintenance issues

- 6Service boiler HVAC systems elevators and fire safety equipment while coordinating vendor services

- 9Manage maintenance supply inventory and assist in budget planning for cost-effective solutions
- 10Apply strong problem-solving skills to resolve maintenance challenges efficiently

Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High school diploma or equivalent with relevant technical training preferred
- 3Proven experience in general maintenance or hospitality settings
- 4Strong knowledge of electrical plumbing HVAC and general repair techniques
- 5Familiarity with maintenance tools power equipment and safety procedures
- 6Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
