What You'll Do7

  • 1Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks including guest room care
  • 2Complete and document all guest and associate work orders
  • 3Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical HVAC and plumbing systems
  • 4Maintain clean pool systems and chemicals
  • 5Repair furniture fixtures and equipment such as laundry kitchen and small appliances
  • 6Execute seasonal landscaping groundskeeping and trash removal
  • 7Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment

Requirements5

  • 1Minimum 6 months general maintenance experience with hotel preference
  • 2Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
  • 3Strong physical stamina to bend squat walk and stand for long periods
  • 4HVAC electrical or plumbing certification a plus
  • 55+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
