What You'll Do7
- 1Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks including guest room care
- 2Complete and document all guest and associate work orders
- 3Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical HVAC and plumbing systems
- 4Maintain clean pool systems and chemicals
- 5Repair furniture fixtures and equipment such as laundry kitchen and small appliances
- 6Execute seasonal landscaping groundskeeping and trash removal
- 7Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment
Requirements5
- 1Minimum 6 months general maintenance experience with hotel preference
- 2Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
- 3Strong physical stamina to bend squat walk and stand for long periods
- 4HVAC electrical or plumbing certification a plus
- 55+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
