The Building Maintenance Technician owns general maintenance and repair across the hospital campus, tackling urgent and routine fixes for electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems at Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital. Working under the Director of Facilities, you will keep critical infrastructure running and document every action in compliance with hospital codes. This role requires a hands-on professional who can work independently and handle emergencies. You will own the day-to-day upkeep of our Skilled Nursing facility, inspecting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to keep residents and staff safe.
