What You'll Do9
- 1Execute diverse maintenance tasks including painting snow removal and plumbing repairs
- 2Conduct A/C servicing electrical work and mechanical repairs
- 3Perform carpentry and cabinet installation projects
- 4Manage equipment maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues
- 5Respond promptly to resident and staff maintenance requests
- 6Report hazards and equipment malfunctions to supervisors
- 7Follow OSHA regulations and maintain safe working conditions
- 8Attend training sessions and implement vendor instructions
- 9Collaborate with teams to complete complex repair projects
Requirements7
- 1Minimum 18 years of age with high school diploma
- 2Strong knowledge of HVAC plumbing electrical systems and basic carpentry
- 3Prior maintenance experience preferred but not required
- 4Valid certifications in HVAC EPA or CPO may be required
- 5Excellent communication and problem solving abilities
- 6Ability to lift 80 pounds and work at heights
- 7Reliable transportation and flexible scheduling availability
