Requirements11
- 15+ years managing maintenance teams in healthcare settings
- 2Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician credential preferred
- 33-5 seasons of relevant experience
- 4Strong knowledge of building trades and cleaning procedures
- 5Solid understanding of health and safety regulations
- 6Effective budgeting and performance management skills
- 7Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
