- 4Prioritize and oversee resident service requests while maintaining high customer service standards
- 5Implement preventative maintenance programs and conduct routine property inspections
- 6Troubleshoot and repair HVAC plumbing electrical appliances carpentry and general building systems
- 7Manage maintenance inventory vendor relationships and contractor performance
- 8Ensure compliance with company policies OSHA standards and local regulations
- 9Participate in the property's emergency on-call rotation
Requirements8
- 1Minimum 5 years of multifamily maintenance experience
- 2At least 2 years of Maintenance Supervisor experience leading a maintenance team
- 3Experience overseeing maintenance operations for a large apartment community (350+ units preferred)
- 4EPA Certification required
- 5Strong HVAC diagnostic and repair experience
- 6Knowledge of plumbing electrical appliance repair drywall painting and general maintenance
- 7Strong leadership organizational and communication skills
