What You'll Do11
- 1Supervise corrective preventive and predictive maintenance activities across production equipment
- 2Perform maintenance and repair of manufacturing and laboratory equipment
- 3Troubleshoot complex mechanical electrical and control system issues independently
- 4Interpret process diagrams and technical specifications to plan maintenance tasks
- 5Support startup commissioning and transition to full 24x7 site-based operations
- 6Ensure ongoing maintenance support for continuous manufacturing after site startup
- 7Maintain accurate documentation within computerized maintenance management systems
- 8Provide technical guidance and train maintenance technicians across the team
- 9Investigate deviations and contribute to corrective preventive action closures
- 10Climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds in physically demanding environments
- 11Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence
Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or equivalent required with bachelor's degree preferred
- 2Minimum 5 years hands-on plant maintenance experience in regulated GMP environments
- 3Prior supervisory experience in production or manufacturing settings
- 4Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical electrical pneumatic and control systems
- 5Proficiency in cleanroom environments with strict quality and safety standards
- 6Experience with CMMS building management systems and Microsoft Office applications
- 7Ability to interpret technical documents including process instrumentation diagrams
- 8Physical ability to work in demanding environments with proper safety protocols
- 9English language proficiency required
- 10Desirable: experience in aseptic fill operations and radiopharmacy environments
- 11Knowledge of radiation detection equipment support
