Maintenance Person, Restaurant Grounds & Equipment Care
Overview
Maintenance Person owns interior and exterior upkeep for a fast service restaurant at scale, ensuring cleanliness and equipment reliability. You’ll work with a franchisee team to maintain facilities, support daily operations, and contribute to a safe, inviting guest experience. What You'll Do9
- 1Build and maintain oil fryer filtration routine daily to ensure safe operations and food quality
- 2Maintain outside grounds and clean windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to deliver a pristine environment
- 3Unload delivery trucks twice weekly to support inventory flow and cleanliness
- 4Take out and empty trash, maintain compactor areas to reduce waste and odors
- 5Change light bulbs and perform basic HVAC/exhaust unit cleaning to keep systems running smoothly
- 6Assist with roof debris removal and general maintenance tasks as needed
- 7Support kitchen and dining areas during peak shifts to maintain uptime
- 8Assist with equipment cleaning and routine inspections to prevent downtime
- 9Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear during maintenance tasks
