Energy seeks a Maintenance Mechanic Technician to maintain production equipment and facility in accordance with USDA and FDA standards. The successful candidate will ensure superior food safe products while maximizing equipment uptime and drive industry best practices.
What You'll Do11
- 1Start up and operate production machinery and equipment while responding to calls in a timely manner
- 2Participate in facility maintenance and preventive maintenance programs
- 3Follow all safety procedures and engage in safety training
- 4Maintain safe and efficient use of electrical meters and gauges using basic tools
- 5Report injuries or unsafe conditions immediately
- 6Perform mechanic skills including mechanical electrical and PLC knowledge with preference for plumbing pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting
- 7Diagnose problems and repair to root cause analysis
- 8Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and plant facilities
- 9Rebuild cylinders valves pumps and fabricate parts for emergency breakdowns
- 10Complete work orders and respond to maintenance calls promptly
- 11Inventory spare parts and suggest reorders to manager
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in mechanical electrical maintenance
- 3US Driver`s License required
- 4Flexible schedule including weekends and nights
- 5Ability to work at heights 20 feet or higher
- 6Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis skills
- 7Mechanical Electrical skills with ability to read wire diagrams schematics and ladder logic
- 8Physical stamina to carry packages up to 75 pounds
- 9Experience with Cooling Tower
- 10Seasonal exposure to extreme temperatures wetness and humidity
- 11Commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance
