What You'll Do11

• 1Respond to guest repair requests and fix minor plumbing issues such as unclogging drains and repairing leaky faucets.
• 2Perform miscellaneous minor repairs like tightening loose toilet seats and changing light bulbs.
• 3Conduct preventative maintenance on tools and equipment including cleaning and lubrication.
• 4Maintain daily logs of operation maintenance and safety activities.
• 5Communicate with guests and staff to resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• 6Follow all company safety policies and report hazards immediately.
• 7Ensure uniform appearance and protect confidential information.
• 8Welcome guests professionally and assist individuals with disabilities appropriately.
• 9Use lockout/tagout systems before maintenance and store flammable materials safely.
• 10Identify unsafe work conditions and report them to management.
• 11Perform physical tasks such as reaching overhead and lifting objects under 50 pounds.
