What You'll Do11
- 1Build and maintain equipment such as boilers and chillers using BAS knowledge
- 2Diagnose and resolve issues with fire alarms and ventilation systems
- 3Perform drain cleaning and replace parts like fans and urinals
- 4Replace medical gas tanks and identify main electrical disconnects
- 5Assemble and troubleshoot fire panels and communication systems
- 6Conduct routine maintenance on vehicles and hand tools
- 7Drive emergency response teams during critical incidents
- 8Follow safety protocols for life safety systems and EOC rounding
- 9Change filters on rooftop units and air handlers
- 10Operate diagnostic equipment to test and clear system alarms
- 11Collaborate with vendors to address complex mechanical challenges
Requirements11
- 15+ years building mechanical systems with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in similar roles
- 3Valid Colorado Driver’s license
- 4High School Diploma or GED
- 5Knowledge of fire drill procedures and building automation systems
- 6Ability to respond to on-call shifts within 60 minutes
- 7Familiarity with negative pressure testing and booster pumps
- 8Experience with medical gas logs and isolation room documentation
- 9Understanding of electrical panel locations and boiler maintenance
- 10Certification in CPC Card or related field
- 11Preference for candidates with knowledge of AWS cloud solutions
