What You'll Do9
- 1Comply with safety policies and ensure proper attendance
- 2Perform preventive maintenance on machinery as scheduled
- 3Install, rebuild, and repair diverse equipment per supervisor directives
- 4Analyze issues, select necessary materials, and troubleshoot repairs
- 5Assemble and replace parts as required and rebuild presses
- 6Provide technical guidance to junior mechanics
- 7Enforce safety protocols across the maintenance team
- 8Document and report recurring equipment malfunctions
- 9Maintain records of repairs and corrective actions
Requirements9
- 15+ years experience in industrial mechanical repairs
- 22+ years experience with press teardown and rebuilding
- 3Proficiency with Spark and Airflow for ETL pipeline development
- 4Familiarity with Welding and Tooling systems
- 53-5 seasons of relevant hands-on experience
- 6Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills
- 7Ability to lift and transport items up to 50 pounds
- 8Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities
- 9Commitment to workplace safety and compliance
