Overview
You'll own the diagnosis and repair of manufacturing equipment across a 24/7 industrial plant in Wilsonville, OR. Working with Siemens PLC and DMM troubleshooting, you'll keep automated systems running with 3-5 years of technical experience. You'll report to the Maintenance Manager and partner with technicians to minimize downtime. What You'll Do7
- 1Lead the diagnosis and repair of all assigned department equipment under minimal supervision.
- 2Drive preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment, using independent judgment within set guidelines.

- 4Troubleshoot furnace operations through Siemens PLC hardware and software.
- 5Perform routine mechanical and electrical repairs on semi or fully automated equipment.
- 6Direct MMIs and work activities in collaboration with the Maintenance Technician and Manager.
- 7Prioritize and manage changing tasks and duties in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements8
- 13-5 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment in a technical role.
- 2Experience troubleshooting and repairing semi or fully automated equipment.
- 3Proficiency in English, both written and oral.
- 4Ability to observe, analyze, and interpret situations to solve problems with mechanical and electrical equipment/machinery.
- 5Knowledge and experience in troubleshooting Siemens PLC hardware and software.
- 6Skillful use of a digital multimeter (DMM) for troubleshooting.
- 7Some technical training or coursework in industrial equipment engineering and troubleshooting through technical school or trade experience is highly desired.
- 8Equivalent combination of education, experience, and knowledge may substitute up to 3 years of experience.
