- 4Install and start-up new equipment establishing commissioning qualification validation standards
- 5Establish maintenance strategy using preventive predictive programs and CMMS
- 6Set performance safety expectations and hold team accountable to Peet's standards
- 7Manage maintenance budget spare parts inventory and service contracts
- 8Coordinate external service providers for timely equipment issue resolution
- 9Identify skill gaps and implement training plans for technology adoption
- 10Maintain facility documentation including layout drawings manuals and blueprints
- 11Ensure compliance with housekeeping food safety sanitation and GMP standards
Requirements11
- 15+ years progressive maintenance leadership in manufacturing Food & Beverage
- 2Bachelor's degree in Engineering Mechanical Electrical
- 3Proficiency reading technical schematics blueprints electrical pneumatic hydraulic diagrams
- 4Experience with CMMS work orders spare parts asset tracking
- 5Knowledge of OSHA NFPA 70E safety regulations welding techniques
- 6Ability to evaluate vendor proposals based on price lead time quality
- 7Preferred PLC Siemens Allen-Bradley automation experience
- 8Capital project management CapEx from scope to commissioning
- 9Understanding of CQV GMP standards
- 10Physical ability to stand walk climb stairs bend reach lift 30 lbs
- 11Safety awareness industrial environment PPE requirement
