Overview
Lead a team of mechanical and electrical personnel to ensure proper functioning of hydraulic electrical equipment manufacturing blow-molded bottles and containers. Own decisions regarding equipment maintenance and compliance with corporate standards and regulatory agencies.

- 6Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure proper stock levels
- 7Establish maintenance goals aligned with plant and business objectives
- 8Improve equipment availability through advanced maintenance programs
- 9Drive productivity improvements via training initiatives and capital projects
- 10Analyze maintenance problems and implement efficiency enhancements
- 11Develop and maintain parts inventory system for optimal spare parts control
Requirements5
- 15+ years of experience as a plant wide Maintenance Manager
- 2Bachelor’s degree or equivalent engineering discipline preferred
- 3Injection molding or foaming experience preferred
- 4PLC experience a plus
- 5Ability to handle reasonable mandatory overtime

$100 - $124k per year
