Overview
We seek a Maintenance Administrator to support our service division across 450 grocery stores. This role handles administrative reporting and technology needs for electricians plumbers and technicians. The position ensures smooth operations by translating field work into accurate documentation.
What You'll Do8
- 1Assist technicians with administrative and reporting tasks
- 2Enter review and organize service reports work orders and documentation
- 3Help technicians with technology-related needs such as apps systems and tablets
- 4Ensure service tickets are completed accurately and submitted on time
- 5Communicate with technicians service managers and internal teams to gather missing information
- 6Maintain organized records for service calls repairs and maintenance work
- 7Support scheduling follow-ups and general office coordination
- 8Act as a reliable point of contact between field team and office
Requirements7
- 1Strong organizational and time-management skills
- 2Comfortable working with blue-collar field teams and supporting hands-on roles
- 3Patient clear communicator who can explain technology and processes simply
- 4Proficient with basic office technology including email spreadsheets reporting systems and document uploads
- 5Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- 6Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- 7Prior administrative office support or service-industry experience preferred
