Overview
Operate membrane production equipment for a global water technology leader in Minnetonka, MN. 12+ months of machine operation or maintenance experience required. What You'll Do6
- 1Set up, operate, and clean membrane production and coating equipment, including SAP data entry for production logs.
- 2Pull thin plastic membrane material from production equipment and prepare finished products for packaging.
- 3Troubleshoot equipment issues to identify malfunctions and make adjustments to minimize scrap and maintain production output.
- 4Enter production information into databases, forms, logs, and SAP to ensure accurate tracking.
- 5Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures, including wearing PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, ear protection, and safety shoes.
- 6Lift up to 50 lbs and stand, move, and bend throughout the shift to support production needs.
Requirements6
- 112+ months of Machine Operator, Maintenance Technician, or similar technical experience required.
- 2Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be comfortable standing, moving, and bending for the full shift.
- 3Willing to work with chemicals while using proper PPE, depending on assignment.
- 4Must wear required PPE including safety glasses, gloves, ear protection, and safety shoes.
- 5Reliable and safety-focused with strong attention to detail.
- 6Willing to train on 1st shift and work either 1st (5:45 AM – 2:15 PM) or 2nd (1:45 PM – 10:15 PM) schedule.
