Overview
Operate saws and cutting machines to cut titanium, stainless, and nickel to customer and industry standard tolerances. You will load materials, verify parts meet specs, and keep machines running. Supported by United Performance Metals and its parent O’Neal Industries, you join a team distributing specialty metals globally. What You'll Do7
- 1Run saws and cutting machines to produce metal parts to spec.
- 2Load and unload materials, ensuring correct handling for titanium, stainless, and nickel.
- 3Verify parts meet required specs and quality standards using precision measurement tools.
- 4Keep machines running smoothly, making adjustments as needed.
- 5Troubleshoot basic machine or material issues to minimize downtime.
- 6Inspect your work for quality, catching errors before they cost time and material.
- 7Maintain a clean and safe work area, reporting problems immediately.
