What You'll Do11
- 1Design and execute end-to-end M&A advisory projects supporting acquisition finance and capital structure initiatives
- 2Develop detailed DCF FCFE DDM and transaction multiple models for valuation exercises
- 3Prepare pitch decks teaser memos management presentations and market debt sounding materials
- 4Coordinate due diligence through advisor liaison and data room management
- 5Draft marketing materials and deal documentation ensuring client alignment
- 6Partner with CIB teams to promote product offerings and facilitate smooth deal closure
- 7Contribute to analyst training programs and knowledge sharing
- 8Maintain accurate financial records and support regulatory compliance tasks
- 9Analyze industry trends to identify acquisition targets and emerging opportunities
- 10Collaborate on pitch development and deck creation for client engagements
- 11Drive continuous learning and provide constructive feedback within cross-functional settings
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Finance Economics Law or Engineering with MBA preferred
- 2Minimum 3-4 years M&A experience in investment banking or boutique firms
- 3Strong financial modeling valuation and communication skills
- 4Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency required
- 5SIE Series 79 and Series 63 certifications obtainable within six months
- 65+ years building ETL pipelines using Spark Airflow
- 7Customer-first mindset with entrepreneurial spirit
- 8Cross-cutting abilities in continuous learning effective communication and data-driven decision making
- 9Commitment to teamwork leadership empowerment and feedback receptiveness
