What You'll Do8
- 1Perform oil changes and quick lube services on Acura and Honda vehicles, ensuring each job meets quality standards.
- 2Inspect vehicles for general mechanical issues, including brakes, fluids, and tire pressure, and report findings to the service team.
- 3Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety protocols and dealership policies.
- 4Manage multiple vehicles efficiently during peak hours, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- 5Collaborate with service advisors to ensure timely completion of express service appointments.
- 6Use dealership systems to log services and track vehicle status.
- 7Assist with tire rotations, battery replacements, and other light maintenance tasks as needed.
- 8Keep lube equipment and tools in optimal working condition, reporting any malfunctions to management.
Requirements7
- 11+ years of oil changing and quick lube experience.
- 2General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
- 3High energy and strong motivation to learn and succeed.
- 4High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5Valid driver's license.
- 6Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- 7Experience with Acura or Honda vehicles preferred.
Salary Insight
$40 - $46k per year
