What You'll Do9
- 1Build and maintain therapeutic care plans aligned with physician orders
- 2Monitor patient vitals and treatment responses to ensure safety
- 3Collaborate with RNs to implement care strategies
- 4Develop strong patient relationships through personalized attention
- 5Drive rehabilitation progress through consistent skilled nursing
- 6Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EHR systems
- 7Participate in team huddles to coordinate patient care
- 8Support family education and discharge planning processes
- 9Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the unit
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2CPC Card certification preferred
- 33-5 seasons of healthcare experience
- 4AWS Certified cloud fundamentals knowledge
- 5Current LPN/LVN licensure in Texas
