- 7Utilize CPC Card standards to uphold clinical excellence
- 8Drive operational efficiency through process improvements
- 9Support staff training programs and knowledge sharing sessions
- 10Participate in quality improvement projects focused on patient safety
- 11Foster a positive workplace culture through mentorship and collaboration
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2CPR certification required
- 31 year inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital experience preferred
- 4Rehabilitation experience preferred
- 5Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations
- 6Strong communication skills to build trust with patients and teams
- 7Ability to work in a fast-paced rehabilitation environment
