What You'll Do9
- 1Build and maintain patient care plans aligned with physician orders
- 2Monitor vital signs and patient responses to treatments
- 3Collaborate with RNs to implement and execute care strategies
- 4Develop therapeutic exercises and assist patients in mobility activities
- 5Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records
- 6Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress
- 7Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients and families
- 8Assist with discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care
- 9Utilize advanced clinical skills with modern rehabilitation technology
Requirements5
- 15+ years building rehab nursing experience
- 2AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification preferred
- 33-5 seasons of clinical practice
- 4CPC Card certification required
- 5Spark and Airflow proficiency demonstrated
