What You'll Do9
- 1Build and maintain therapeutic care plans aligned with physician orders
- 2Monitor patient vitals and symptom progression for timely interventions
- 3Collaborate with RNs to implement comprehensive treatment strategies
- 4Develop strong patient relationships through personalized care approaches
- 5Track and document patient progress across all rehabilitation phases
- 6Maintain accurate clinical records using EHR systems
- 7Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care
- 8Support family members throughout the recovery process
- 9Drive patient engagement initiatives to enhance rehabilitation success
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2CPC Card certification preferred
- 33-5 seasons of healthcare experience
- 4AWS Certified cloud infrastructure knowledge
- 5Spark and Airflow proficiency
