- 9Attend committee meetings as requested
- 10Assume weekend and holiday coverage for nursing administration
- 11Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities
- 12Identify staff educational needs and plan development programs
- 13Demonstrate and evaluate nursing skills specific to the resident population
- 14Partner with interdisciplinary teams to set and achieve care goals
- 15Initiate resident‑centered team meetings using problem‑solving approaches
- 16Serve as a role model in direct resident care using the nursing process
- 17Lead discharge planning in collaboration with residents, families, and teams

Requirements11
- 15+ years leading LPN units or supervisory roles
- 23-5 seasons managing nursing staff
- 3Current licensure by the New Jersey State Board of Examiners of Nurses
- 4Membership in the Association of Professional Nurses recommended
- 5Proven ability to develop and implement clinical programs and policies
- 6Strong knowledge of long‑term care laws and regulations
- 7Patience, tact, and a positive disposition
